Texty's Back - Plain and Simple

You can do it hun. We all have weeks like this, heck I had months! Lol.

You need to take a look in the mirror and decide if you feel comfortable or if you feel you want to lose more.
Then remember how elated you feel when you have lost weight at group, or when something new fits you, or someone makes a lovely comment...

Then get back to plan and you'll feel like that again!

Take a look back over the last month & work out what the total loss/gain is that will give you a bigger picture of the whole thing. You have had a lot of events lately we all have things we go to & just 'sod' it, but the important thing is to get back on SW the following day.

I notice you have this diary but rarely put down what you've eaten, why don't you start today, not after hols with OH, but now, write down everything you eat, inc syns, it does work.

You can do it, you've come so far & done so well, & are very close to that target you want, go for it, 'cause you can xx
 
Texty wants to be sexy - or at least glam

Hey Texty, we all have days/ weeks/ months when we get the food devil on our shoulder and think 'stuff it' I'm going through that phase a bit and its a battle every day for me at the moment but just think how fab you feel in your new clothes in the smaller sizes. You have done so well honey, just take it a day at a time. We are all here for you with support and/ or a kick up the bum ;)

I think writing down what you eat again would help you stick to plan.

I gained 1lb this week which I knew I would.
I have been lax lately filling in my diary I used to do it religiously so will start again from tomorrow.

Im determined to have a loss hun - ive put a holiday in as were going to York on Wed morning but ill weigh on my own at home just to gauge how ive done xx
