HEXA - philli light x 35g - dash of milk for the rest of A choice
HEXB - 2 x wholemeal bread

Brekkie - 2 wholemeal toast with philli light, grapes and a banana

Dinner - Scan Bran cake and strawberries

Tea - Chicken breast with sliced fried potatoes and peas, small amount of brown sauce

Drinks - Lemon and lime water, Tea, Pepsi Max

Snacks - Curly Wurly

Syns SB cake (3) Sugar (1) Curly Wurly (6) Total 10

Good afternoon ladies hows everyone?? York was lovely we picked the perfect week to go, it was reallllllllllllllly hot and I am suffering with massive and I mean MASSIVE blisters on the bottom of my feet due to all the walking we did. Im hoping it combats what ive eaten lol.

Ill sort some pics out in a bit. We went to a restaurant and I had a Lamb Steak with the most amazzzinggg sauce which I was cheeky enough to ask the chef the recipe for lol. It was port, brandy cointreau and redcurrants reduced down with pieces of orange on top of the lamb, it was stunning yum yum xx

Its agony lol I can barely walk. I might have to pop it later so that I can at least put my foot flat. Ill find the lead for the camera I didnt take loads lol but got some nice ones
