Dinner - Salad the same as yesterday with beef mince kebabs to use them up.

Tea - Kofte meatballs and Rice with salad

Drinks - Lemon and lime water, tea, pepsi max

Snacks - Fig Roll

Syns - Sugar (1) milk in tea (0.5)Fig Roll (3) Total so far 4.5

I didn't realise fig biscuits were only 3 syns, bargain, I also love them & think I'll pick some up when I next go shopping, and I don't care who's I buy x
