HEXB - 2 x wholemeal bread


Brunch - 2 wholemeal with gammon and tomato, Rice pudding, strawberries, jam

Tea - Made my own version of a Calzone Pizza and SW chips

Drinks - Tea, Pepsi Max

Snacks - Banana, hard boiled egg, cherries

Syns - Sugar (1) Milk (2.5) Wrap (9.5) Flora (1.5) Total 14.5

Sheila how do you make your rice pud looks lovely X

Its pudding rice - cover the bottom of your dish I used one like this then fill to the top with water. Put it in the oven on 200deg until the water dries up and it sets. Then I took it out and mashed it up with a spoon and then added my hex of semi skimmed milk and some sweetener. Put it back in the oven until it sets again and starts to form a skin on the top. Voila its cooked x
