Its all I can think of hun, Ive been fine all week and up until this morning my scales were hovering between 1 off and a sts. I didnt go stupid with the buffet food which I would have previously, but its been enough to make that little difference x

Curry out? Not for me I'd be trumping before I left the restaurant! We're off to Scarborough on a mini break on Friday staying in a caravan which I'm looking forward to. I'll be on plan until Saturday then back on it from Sunday. Are you near there? Xx
