I was slim too Adelle never any bigger than a size 10/12 when I got married, then I had the kids and got a sit down job and partly because of that and contentment I suppose I ate and ate and became the biggest ive ever been a 16/18 I decided enough was enough I refused to buy bigger clothes.

So joined SW and here I am on my journey with all you lovely people x

That's the same as me Texty I was a 10/12 too. I got married, got a back injury & was & am content & happy so ate but then became miserable with my size so joined SW & here I am! x

I took it for granted being able to shop & not try anything on or not feeling self conscious but I was too blasé but when I hit my target I will not be making that mistake again!

Its the warburtons wholemeal 400g slices Fran I find it so much tastier than WW danish which hubby eats - its like eating thin air lol

I think the support I have on here is amazing. I don't feel judged if I stray & I don't feel judged about my weight either, I'd be lost without everyone's support.

Drinks - Tea, pepsi max

Snacks - Special K crisps

Syns - Special K crisps (5) Sugar (1) Cream Egg (9.5) - Total (15.5)
