Haha I think he must have what a barsteward lol. I have a chicken breast left for tomorrow so may try that with some SW chips for lunch it sounds simple to make x

do it texty It's super simple and really nice, I recommend letting it catch, and getting the sauce mix into the deep slashes. Nice hunk of meat it always good. We have roast lamb tomorrow, then either the hulk chicken or the creole beef pot from the newest magazine. Need to work out which works best with the following week's meals.

HEXA - only used enough milk for 1 cuppa tea
HEXB - 2 x 400g wholemeal

Brekkie - Bread with lemoncurd

Lunch - 2 x 400g wholemeal with egg and tomato

Tea - Meatball Pasta Bake with Salad

Drinks - Tea x 1, Water, Pepsi Max

Snacks - Satsuma, Pineapple

Syns - Bread x 2 (5) Meatball Pasta Sauce (2) - Lemoncurd (2) Sugar (1) Total (10)
