HEXB - 35g Fruit n Fibre

Brekkie Fruit n Fibre with a banana chopped in

Lunch - Jacket Potato with Salad and egg n tomato filling

Tea - Random - Mushroom Omelette, with peas and a Chicken Kiev and very tasty it was too

Drinks - Tea, Pepsi Max
Snacks - Pineapple, 30g bag of Doritos

Syns - Sugar (1) Doritos (7) Kiev (12) Total (20)

Lol well its National Chip week, so I was going to have Kiev and chips, I fried the mushrooms and beat the egg thinking - well even if hes in a mood Ill make him an omelette and beans with chips. He didnt want it (stubborn a$$) so rather than waste the last 2 eggs, I decided Id have the omelette with my kiev and leave the chips until tomorrow some of my best meals are randoms lol
