Morning hun - I feel like ive been in the boxing ring lol my ribs are killing and its all coming from my back pain booooo

Im doing very little hun - just had dinner - some left over chilli, I had potatoes left from last night so fried them with an onion voila a quick lunch, also made a pan of tomato,red lentil & carrot soup for snacks later, im doing SW burgers and wedges for tea anything for quickness.

Also just taken my tablets and upped the dose x
