HEXB - 2 x wholemeal bread

Brekki - Banana on toast

Dinner - Jacket potato with tuna/mayo red onion, lettuce tomato and cucumber

Tea - SW quiche(peppers,mushrooms onions and corned beef)topped with hex cheese, herby boiled potatoes and peas

Drinks - Tea, pepsi max

Snacks - Pineapple, grapes, strawberries and a new syn free WW yogurt

Syns - Corned Beef(1) Lighter than light mayo(2) Sugar (2) milk for 2 cups of tea (1) Total 6
