Brekkie - Grapes, Strawberries,SB cake, pomegranate seeds and a mullerlight orange yogurt

Dinner - Ham Salad ( Lean Ham, toms, cucumber, spring onions, beetroot, pickles, pease pudd,boiled egg, grated carrot, celery, hexa cheese )

Tea - SW Kofta meatballs and boiled rice - WW naan, 2 x small poppadoms

Drinks - Ribena NAS, Pepsi Max

Snacks - Salt n Vinegar Chipstick thingys

Syns - Chipsticks (3.5) SB cake (2) WW naan (5.5) Poppadoms (4) Total 15

Well ..... im regretting eating it I just weighed and my scales are up to 11.5 thats 4lbs up on last WI --- Ive not been that bad surely??

Evening Sian - im fine thanks hun, my hosp appt has eventually come through for July yayyy.

I have a bad head and a sore throat tonight grrrrrrrrr the lads are full of cold so ive obviously got that coming my way!!

Ive been lucky and not had a cold since I started SW - I usually get 2 or 3 a year so guess ive had it coming lol.

I knew the date of my appt as I pestered the secretary lol I just wanted it in writing, its at 8.40 in the morning so ill be back to work for lunchtime boooo lol.

The scales are not playing ball grrr - just wondering if I should just go and do the paydesk and come home lol not get weighed hmmmm

No I dont hun - I just feel like im letting her down if I dont do the pay desk, If I go I think I "HAVE TO " weigh - Lauren had the same problem when she went and mailed head office who said yes :-(
