HEXA - 40g RF Cheese
HEXB - wholemeal x 800g

Brekkie - Mushrooms and tinned tomatoes with toast x 2 (1 hexb & 4 syns)

Dinner - Garlic chicken breast, onions, cheese (hexa), pease pudding, boiled egg and red pepper (random but using stuff I have in)

Tea - Spag bol ( extra lean mince, mushrooms, onions, garlic and tomato puree) pasta twists

Drinks - Ribena NAS , Pepsi max

Snacks - Grapes, persimmon, banana and mullerlight yogurt

Syns - Bread (4) Parmesan (5)? total so far 9
