I think its supposed to be for members who have been at target and maintained for 1 yr or more but there are only 3 of us in group and none of us have been at target a year yet lol so the group voted for who they wanted to see a winner I got asked loads of questions first about my food, what do I use syns on, what keeps me motivated etc then they vote.

Thanks hun just spoke to her, she is home and has 3 lots of tablets, she just told me to stop nagging her lol cos I said pack the fags in and eat healthy!! x

Aww sorry to hear about your sister, I really hope she follows your advice and gets well soon.
Good news about the STS though, one less thing to worry about. I've only just caught up on your old boss too, sounds like your overdue some good news xxx

Evening ladies - STS @ WI so still maintaining whoop

On the bad news front had a text when i got in from work from Sis, she was taken to hospital today she's had a mini stroke :cry: the window for treatment had passed by the time she got there so will just have to wait and see what effect its had on her, they are sending her home tonight with meds I assume!! Its a warning side so I hope she learns from it and slows down a bit and packs in the dreaded ciggys!!!!

One day might bring some good news eh.... sorry ladies on a bit of a downer tonight xx

Oh on a lighter note ---- I won groups Diamond Member certificate xx

Evening miniminners hope your all well?

Just rang sis, she is mega tired has no energy and has been left with weakness/numbness in her left arm, hopefully the feeling will come back She didnt go into work today as she intended so something BIG SIS said must have sunk in lol

On my health front I think im going .............. through the change!!!! Mega tired but not able to sleep and breaking out into hot flushes all the time arghhhhh, I could have an argument in an empty room too my temper is very short lately :cry:
