Sis has been to docs, shes got a 4 week sicknote and its a full blown stroke shes had not a mini one (TIA - Trans Ischaemic Attack) - shes been told to rest and cut down her salt intake nurse Sheila has told her all this lol

Thanks Jen hun. Im really hoping she does its in her own best interests.

Im chilling for a while - waiting for Andrea popping in shes reduced her hours at work now (only told me today lol) until baby is born. So its easier for her to come her and then go back to pick her OH up, than it is for her to go to her own house and back.

Our meal was beautiful Kay - it was a really lovely restaurant very classy (never been before) pics have loaded yayyyy

Battered halloumi on a bed of rocket with garlic paste and a sweet chilli dip (served on a slate platter not a plate)


Grilled butterfly chicken with a Diane Sauce, Home made chunky chips, battered onion rings, mushrooms, tomatoes and salad


Dessert - Rhubarb and stem ginger cheesecake with a crushed ginger biscuit and a rhubarb sorbet



Also whilst I can - yesterdays purchase in Sainsburys sale a skirt and blouse ( these are the only pics showing my hair too lol)

Todays food - Red Day

HEXA - 40g RF mature cheddar
HEXB - 2 wholemeal bread and 2 Alpen lights

Brekkie - Strawberries, pineapple, strawberries, SB cake and a mullerlight yogurt

Dinner - Sarnie ( ham, pease pudding, cheese, boiled egg)

Tea - SW Korma with added mushrooms and onions and roast BNS with a WW naan bread

Drinks - Tea, pepsi max

Snacks - Banana, SW cheesecake made with Alpen lights, quark choccy options and fruit

Syns - Naan bread (5.5) choccy options (2) WW greek yogurts (1) SB cake (2) Milk n Sugar (1.5) total 12
