Hope everyone is well? no real plans for me today - aside from making pies for the boys for tea (I shall refrain of course )

Red Day

HEXA - 30g Cheddar x 2
HEXB - Wholemeal Rolls x 2

Brekkie - SB cake,strawberries, melon, pineapple and a toffee mullerlight

Dinner - Leftover Korma

Tea - Homemade burgers with cheese (hex A & B)with roast BNS and salad

Drinks - Tea, pepsi max

Snacks - Banana

Syns - SB cake (1.5) Milk n sugar (1.5) Total so far 3
