Ive had a lazy day lol well apart from baking a couple of pies and some sausage rolls for the boys - none passed my lips

You shouldn't be telling me that while I'm chomping on salad leaves , glad you had a nice lazy day lovely. What are your plans for the weekend ? Also I hope Andrea and your sis are doing well .

Haha - you have willpower. I'll pop over to see sis at some point tomorrow see if she needs anything. Andrea has had her whooping cough, tetanus, polio and diptheria injection today so shes a bit sore, her feet are starting to swell now and shes boiling hot all the time ...... apart from all thats shes doing great lol xx

Oh no, I don't suffer from hot flushes but I have sensitive skin and when I was younger I used to suffer from eczema. The heat really aggravates my skin so I keep a small water spray bottle, miniature one, you can get them from superdrug and I'm always spraying my face in the day to cool myself down, the bottle might help . Bit like the one in the pic below.

Oh no, I don't suffer from hot flushes but I have sensitive skin and when I was younger I used to suffer from eczema. The heat really aggravates my skin so I keep a small water spray bottle, miniature one, you can get them from superdrug and I'm always spraying my face in the day to cool myself down, the bottle might help . Bit like the one in the pic below.

Gr8 minds think alike Kay - I actually told Andrea to get one for herself.

I think for myself i'll buy a mini fan - my flushes last a couple of minutes at a time and feels like a heat lamp of full power starting on the back of my neck then my whole neck chest and face burn lol

You can buy cooling mist sprays too. Also have you thought about trying a herbal tea that could reduce the symptoms of it or tablets etc xx

I went on hols to Dubai with my sis a few years ago in the summer, what were we thinking ? It hits 45 around there you can see the steam coming out the ground lol .

Hopefully April for Mexico and were going to a wedding in Cyprus in June
