HEXB - 35g fruit n fibre

Brekkie - The above with chopped banana

Dinner - Micro Rice with sliced chicken, green pepper, tomato, pease pudding and boiled egg

Tea - Lasagne

Drinks - Tea, pepsi max

Snacks - Grapes, muller light yogurt

Syns - Rice (2) Milk n Sugar (3) Lasagne (10) I used jars of sauce oops .....Total 15

Have to say I agree re the texture but of the dumplings, I've never tried pease pudding. I also cant stand icecream with bits of biscuit/cake in lol, I'm a bit funny about 'bits' :/ love icecream. Love cake. Love biscuits. Just not mixed together
