Brekki - SB cake, red and green grapes, strawberries, muller orange yogurt

Dinner - Bacon and mushroom omelette, lettuce cucumber and tomatoes

Tea - Cheese burgers and some kind of salad

Drinks - Tea, pepsi max, Orange NAS . hot choccy

Snacks - Dont know yet

Syns - SB cake (2) hot choccy(2) Galaxy ripple (8.5) Total 12.5
