Today i have been busier than id planned, but it means i have a big fat 0 to do tomorrow. Im off now for the weekend.
Ive come up with a plan and proposal for work. There needs to be changes and if im going to be blocked i need to know b4 i say yes to managing anything. Im coming upfront with them so hoping to get honest feedback. So going to write my plans out and give them a little light reading next week.

Ive just realised ive had no teas today! Just sf squashes and water. So i stand at no hexb yet so probably just have the alpen light bars with tea 1/2syn for my milk.
Thats just 5.5 syns today but i honestly dont have any room for anything else. Having chilli at lunch really filled me up
Did day 14 of shred and have walked 27533 steps 11.81 miles.
Kids are on their way back from karate so its put them to bed and have a soak in the bath for me in a bit. X
