I love pops, cheese and bacon flavour. Loads of steps again. You must get through loads of shoes! X

They're the flavour i had today. Really enjoyed them.
Yes my trainers have got very little sole at the moment but they are so comfy, ill only part with them when they completely fall apart! :D

Thanx littlemiss i have really struggled with decision but think if im upfront with how i feel and what does not work for me, they'll either want me to take it or find excuses to push me away. Either way ill know where i stand. X

Today i have been busier than id planned, but it means i have a big fat 0 to do tomorrow. Im off now for the weekend.
Ive come up with a plan and proposal for work. There needs to be changes and if im going to be blocked i need to know b4 i say yes to managing anything. Im coming upfront with them so hoping to get honest feedback. So going to write my plans out and give them a little light reading next week. :)

Foodwise im stuffed!!!

Had melon, mango,banana and mullerlight for breakfast

Walkers pop crisps 4 syns (they're really nice)

Chilli from last night and rice

Apple

Jacket potato, beans, 40g reduced fat cheddar hexa side of salad and a laughing cow xtra light 1 syn

Ive just realised ive had no teas today! Just sf squashes and water. So i stand at no hexb yet so probably just have the alpen light bars with tea 1/2syn for my milk.
Thats just 5.5 syns today but i honestly dont have any room for anything else. Having chilli at lunch really filled me up:)
Did day 14 of shred and have walked 27533 steps 11.81 miles.

Kids are on their way back from karate so its put them to bed and have a soak in the bath for me in a bit. X

Good too that u had low syns - isn't it good when we feel full! Enjoy ur weekend - hope the weather is kind! Ur doing great on the Shred too - woo woo!

Morning upndown, Im feeling a lot more positive about everything, still all up in the air with work but Im working on it.:)
Working out a little work plan today to pass onto them on monday and we will go from there. :sigh:
I also plan to get the success express book out and see if I can plan a try out for next week, got to do an online shop so if I plan the week out before I shop I should be able to stick to it. Im not too bed with fruit and veg and I like the idea of the 2 hexs so its worth a try. I might be boggling your brain with questions later.

Wooo! Look at your shiny bottoms!!! Ive got a little bit of catching up to do but Ill get there sometime this year!;)

Morning was manic as you commented on your thread I was awake at the crack of dawn then fell asleep at 6am!!:confused: So you can imagine at 730 mad rush to get them all out of the door!!!
Ive had my hours morning walk to school now chilling with a cuppa and my laptop, lots of little things I want to sort out just for me! Not kids, not hubby, not house, but me!!!

Upndown, im looking at SE, just to get it clear in my head, I thought the superfree snacks between meals mean just fruit and veg so are you allowed ff yoghurts, quark etc for snacks? It says count the syns in your snack if not superfree, but yogs etc I eat have no syns?! :confused:
Also do the HEXS need to be within your meals or can they also be snacks? for example the alpen lights?
I know when counting the syns it will be the high syn value not like EE when its the low one.
Have I got that right?
