Thanx upndown doing the netball run in a bit thinking of staying to watch so Im not around food. There are loads of free food in the house but isn't it just boring sometimes?
I can't believe I wasted 8 syns on a really greasy ready made pancake just because.... I have no self control

Im up and back to myself again. What to do this morning? Feeling energetic so dont want to waste my morning off. Probably a walk to town realistically i have to be at work at 12 so cant go too far.

ur asking about our days - mine will start with school run - granddaughter Isabel (12) stayed over last night - then a walk with a friend. Then lunch out - my WI day today so will have a treat - whoopee!

Then going to my sister's - then school run for granddaughter Poppy (8) then chill! WI'd 3lbs lighter - I luv Success Express! Hope ur day turns out well!

I have just sat down. Im shattered ready for my bed... I have fitted in day 13 shred, 22654 steps 9.81miles.

Food:
Fruit salad and the new raspberry and choc mullerlight. Im not sure of syns here

Apple banana

WM roll hexb with mayo 1 syn boiled eggs and salad and grapes

Chilli con carne with rice with carrots, onions, passatta, kidney beans, chilli, stock and extra lean mince served with rice
30g chilli heatwave doritoes 7.5syns

Milk hexa for teas

Animal biscuits 5 syns

13.5 syns if there is none in the mullerlight.

Im done tonight. Gnite .:)

Thx - but I really find Success Exp suits me - it only took a few days to get used to it (altho' I was bit hungry for the first 2 days)

I love the 4 HExs - 5-15 syns and the 2/3 superfree rule each meal is fine cos I like the fruit & veg - I see from ur diaries u do too - so if u fancy it go for it!
 
Morning! (Big yawn) its raining thought it was going to be fine all week!!
I don't feel as energetic to jump out of bed and get the day going today.

I have nothing planned for afterwork today other than shredding! Might actually sit on my bum and plan the weekends food! Dont know what to cook tonight, i have leftover chilli which ill have on a spud at lunchtime. Mmmmm fancy something different, Im sure something will come to me later.

Upndown Im going to have a read of sucess express and may give it a go i'm very tempted and your last 2 WI have been impressive.:)

Glad the raspberry and choc mullers are free lyndsey, do you know if the vanilla and orange with cho are too? I vagually remember that the cherry wasnt as it has compote on the bottom, is that right. Ive been on activias for so long now im bored of them need a change. I do love the intenselly creamy ones but theyre about 2-3syns which is a waste on yog in my eyes.

Just about to do a shred and made arrangements to go for a walk with my friend and the baby b4 sch pick up. I love pushing the pram about and my mate needs to get out. Day has turned out beautiful again. :)

Today i have been busier than id planned, but it means i have a big fat 0 to do tomorrow. Im off now for the weekend.
Ive come up with a plan and proposal for work. There needs to be changes and if im going to be blocked i need to know b4 i say yes to managing anything. Im coming upfront with them so hoping to get honest feedback. So going to write my plans out and give them a little light reading next week. :)

Foodwise im stuffed!!!

Had melon, mango,banana and mullerlight for breakfast

Walkers pop crisps 4 syns (they're really nice)

Chilli from last night and rice

Apple

Jacket potato, beans, 40g reduced fat cheddar hexa side of salad and a laughing cow xtra light 1 syn

Ive just realised ive had no teas today! Just sf squashes and water. So i stand at no hexb yet so probably just have the alpen light bars with tea 1/2syn for my milk.
