The battle of the Bubble

Morning! Im achy and still in bed! Obviously used different sets of muscles this time! Didnt sleep very well still got lots of things spinning in my head. Im going to be a walking zombie today. :rolleyes:
Kids sorting themselves out for school, got to get up soon or will have no time for breakfast, that would mean binge attacks cant have that. 1,2,3... up.:)

Ooh good luck! Make sure you report back on how you did. Don't forget how far you've come with level one so if it seems tough when you do it then it's ok - you will improve everyday :)

Hi peeps don't really know what Im doing today. Didn't want to get up to start with this morning, and looking at what Ive ate so far Im really eating too many syns. :sigh:

Fruit salad and mullerlight for breakie

w/m bread hexb with 2 cooked chicken and stuffing slices (1 syns) with lettuce tomato and cucumber and extra light mayonnaise (1 Syn)

Banana and abra ca debora pancake (8 Syns) Went for a coffee afternoon and had no choice really! I had a shot gun to my head!!!

Lamb shanks (3 syns) actifry parsnips, potoatoes and carrots and boiled asparagus

Well thats 13 syns already can I control it and not go over tonight? How much do i want this loss this week?

If I can control my self ill have an options hot choc for the chocolate fix (2 syns)
If I need anything else I'll aim for fruit and yoghurt.

Just look out for my 'honk' later if I make it.

Go on u can do it - that's not a bad day at all - just had ur syns earlier than usual - that's allowed and u've got more time to work them off - I'm sure u'll busy till the last child's in bed

Just think what Gillian Michaels wd say (or do) to u if ur tempted tonight!

If u really need a sweet treat and fruit & yog don't hit the spot - try a warmed up banana with a teaspoon of golden syrup (1 syn) it's good - I'm sure others will have ideas if u ask - have u got other 'free' food in the house?

Keep posting all night if u have to - we'll all help and we're all waiting for Kay to post aren't we?

Thanx upndown doing the netball run in a bit thinking of staying to watch so Im not around food. There are loads of free food in the house but isn't it just boring sometimes?

Just been looking at my cm losses and none of you told me it was impossible to lose 9cm off of my r/arm!!! I've corrected it back to 2cm. Im quite impressed that Ive lost as much off of my thighs as my waist just got to keep looking at my achievements and not let myself down! :)
 
Well im back. Had my fruit now having my hot choc in bed so no more syns tonight.
Takes me to 15 for the day.
Ive done 17928 steps 7.69 miles today. Gnite all thanx for reading today. X

RESPECT!! Wow u've done well - u stayed within syns under pressure - u must feel proud of urself and u'll feel even better in the morning!
