The battle of the Bubble

Oh yeah just thought id share what I just put in the motivation to move thread:

"As I said no shred today but a whopping 19074 steps 8.18 miles and I didnt even do the school run this morning! Think my body magic today was down to my whole house blitzathon!!

Thats my steps for the week actually might add them all up now!

Well from Monday-Friday I have walked 37.82miles thats 88170 steps! ooooh shall i set a goal for next week? to make the 100,000 mark? I might do that.
I only wear the pedometer on the week days my weekends are very lazy usually so I may just see what I can push to next week."

I am very thankful for my children and absolutely adore them, thats is why yesterday I was sooooo upset with myself for not having the patience that they need. I think I just don't want them to not 'need me' anymore as I really need them. x

Come on now - we all get cross with our children sometimes (and 2 of mine are grown up with children of their own!) and they have to learn to take the rough with the smooth sometimes - from ur daily diary it's clear to see that u do ur very best for them and that u have a close loving family - that's what's important!!

Todays food

Scrambled eggs on w/m toast hexb with side of fruit salad.

banana, pear, watermelon

Mixed veg rice, just got all my veg from the fridge-mushrooms, asparagus, carrots, broccolli, onion, sweetcorn, courgette and some extra lean bacon bits frylighted them all up and added them to rice with tomato puree
served with huge salad and 0% total greek yoghurt

enjoyed it so much ate the rest for dinner so exactly as above

punnet of cherries

made a gorgeous jelly/ cheesecake today it was strawberry flavoured jelly so cut up some fresh strawberries in it as it was setting and it was lush.nom, nom, nom hexb for the alpen lights

hexa was milk today had about 12 cups of tea/coffee so maybe the caffeine is where I got the energy for the housework. Haven't had a 2nd hexa but I think you don't have to in success express

so no syns and im nicely full Ive opted for hot choc indulgance at 3 syns then.:D

Lovely food day Bubble - isn't Sexpress good and we don't even use as many syns? Do u add the jelly as a topping to ur cheesecake or mix it with the quark (or whatever u use) sorry if that's a daft question - oh blimey my 8 yr old grandchild has got out of bed - so will have to go and settle her and probably go to be myself - night night!

I never used to get broody... then I started having kids (only have the two) and whammo! Every baby I see, I'm all like, "Awwwwwwwwww!" and get all mushy. A close friend of mine had a baby just yesterday, so once again, I'm agog at the whole 'miracle of life and childbirth' thing again.
But, seriously, babies really are special aren't they?
That said, I'm done. I wish I had started earlier and had more, but - I don't want to confuse people as to whether I'm the baby's mum or grandma... so, um yeah, I'm done. :)

Bubble hon! You're a super-mum and super-wife! I've tried to do that two hour houseclean before, and just end up looking at old photo albums when I should be dusting!

So, I just read the first few pages of your diary, which I hadn't done before. And I can totally see why you say I sound like YOU, but from a couple years ago!! Wow, holy light bulb moment! Many similarities, methinks!

Its quite eerie, but I hear you...

I let the jelly cool down then mix the quark in it, I find it sets a lot nicer than just the quark, and the morrissons sugar free ones are 0 syns unlike 2syns for hartleys.
Night night upndown.

Thats my dream that they will be close forever, and be there for eachother as we won't always be ther for them. I had them all 2 years apart as my siblings are 9 and 14 years older than me which was sad when I was young. I drum in the being close as hubbys family is at loggerheads 99% of the time and I don't want that for my kids either.
Thank you for all your nice encouraging words upndown. gnight. x

Good morning hun,
Really pleased to hear that you are feeling better today :)
I'm not sure about the wraps, sorry. I love fajitas possibly my favorite treat dinner. We had them last week when we were at a friends and she did wholemeal ones, I'd never had them before but they were lovely.
Sounds like you have a busy day planned. Enjoy your shopping and have a great evening with friends.xx

Its boring sort of shopping but we'll get away from the kids for a bit ;)
