Think he just coughed the wrong way. So it's not much but I've squeezed 50 dbl swings and then tried clean and press using 7.5, owwww, only managed 10 each arm!

Just looking at apps now as I need to gps the route, tried map my run at lunch and it said the route me and my friend planned to do was 6 miles, not a chance!

I've cut my hours to 30 so I finish at 3 pm now and as Alfie's in nursery paid until 5pm I thought an opportunity to run was staring me in the face, scared much!

yaaay made it to the gym and I feel great for it :) somehow managed to delete my c25k app, but I have 2 others by same company so used the Ease into 5k app instead - did week 1 day 1 which is more intervally than c25k.. it was quite easy - covered 3k.. then i decided to try and jog an extra 500m. Managed it.. just! Then I walked another 500m to 4k. Total took 40mins, so im thinking i'd like to do the Sports Relief 5k in 60mins or under, but aiming for as close to 50mins as poss :) x
 
That makes two of us then! Well done getting back to the gym :)

Weigh in tonight. No idea how the scales will go. Will take whatever comes!
 
Well put a pound on this week. A loss is never fun but I'm ok with it as my trousers definitely feel looser and I've really pushed myself running so lost fat if not weight :)
 
You've done fab with all your running so at very least you've earned yourself an NSV :) xxx

Sorry about your little gain but i'm sure you'll lose that and more next week!!

Well guys i've done my fair share of BM today, I offerred to help with the company's archiving which is down in the celler so i've been carrying piles of files up and down stairs all dam day!

Certainly earned my mini bottle of wine and cadburys caramel bunnies that hubby bought me for valentines....Naughty but sooo nice!!!!:D
 
Hello. Been reading through this thread and very impressed. My body magic has been sporadic either lots or nothing! I really need to make it a habit. Can I join you?
 
Run done - I did week 3 day 3 and added a bit more to up to 4k. 38mins, so getting better! :)

Should've had a rest day today and paying for it now!!!
