I think I need to go back to school next week, totally miscalculated how many km's I had done earlier in the week which meant I was 10 below target aaargh.

Also been using the kettlebell this week so thought I would have a nice big loss this week.
I lost 1 lb but at least I'm still going in the right direction.
Well i'm probs gonna see a gain this week lol. Eaten pizza 3 times! Walked absolutely loads of miles but i reckon a big gain this week!
Its important to eat syns, they provide essential fat. It should be easy to get 5 in - a milky hot choc will be nearly five lol. Bowl of cereal. Toast. Choc or crisps. Anything on the healthy extra list after you have had your allowance. Enjoy them![]()

so far I have done 10k each night for the last 3 nights, really struggling to get into it this week.
I doubt very much that i'll fit in the full 85 this week. Energy levels pretty low at the moment, (not true, just not in the mood for exercise) Hopefully will get back in the swing of things in next couple of days,
