Thank you made more pizza muffins too with olives and roasted peppers in them... They smell far too good! Sending them home with my bf to stick in his freezer!

Ha ha he will... But he's very disciplined and sensible... Said by putting them in the freezer he can't just grab one but will need to plan, defrost etc...told him to eat them by the time I next go round!

Oven is back on now for the coffee and walnut ones... I'm exhausted!

Since Friday I had baked 20 choc muffins and 20 lemon.. All iced and decorated.. With hand made decorations... Plus a special request of 2 pink ones!!!!

I've baked bf a loaf of bread and made chicken casserole and pizza muffins... I've had enough!!

Once these muffins are cooling that's it for tonight... 8 down 24 to go!!!!

Btw I seem to have picked up a cold and sore throat today at work...was wrapped in my slanket at my desk shivering at 6.55am this morning and by the time I left at 7.30pm I was sneezing away....I've had some throat lozenges then remembered they're basically boiled sweets.....arggghhhh!
