Your lucky your not here. Andy has just had the audacity to rustle himself up sausage and onions in MY actifry and has even had the cheek to have them with buttered bread. If I could muster up the energy I'd kill him. Twice x

I actually think I'd over eat on Atkins. When I start I don't have a stop button. I'd be gorging on baked cheese. Hourly!x
It's strange because I'm finding I'm not eating very much really... Just eating 3 meals and def not hungry at lunch time... Snacking on nuts mid afternoon so it's not too big a gap between good... Guess what works for one doesn't work for everyone!
I actually feel less hungry when I have 2 packs and 2 low carb meals and stick to under 1000 cals rather that the 600 on slim and save. And losses have been the same. Hmmm x

Hmmm... I'm all in a kerfuffle about this ketosis thingy... And also that s&s say no citric acid as affects ketosis yet Atkins says you can have lemon and line juice every day... Is that it citric acid? Confuuuuused!

Me too! I can feel absolutely fine on around 1000 cals or just under....I can't do 4 packs away....dull as!!!
I can't do 4 packs because the meal packs are rancid. I usually do 3 with the protein meal. Occasionally I've done 2 packs, 2 meals sticking to just under 1000 cals and keeping my carbs around 40. Toying with doing this more regularly, with a multivitamin of course to see what the impact is and if it's more sustainable x
Don't tempt me to join you...I'm already playing catch up for eating like a queen at the weekend! I simply must reach my 50lbs loss target by Xmas eve morning...I simply must...1000 calories sounds soooo lush right now! Boo xx
