Plan for today - not sure how well this is going to go but hey ho:
Breakfast: Black coffee and banana
Snack: Alpen bar - B(the non light one because i picked them up by mistake but i thought so long as i dont make a habit of it and just have one instead of 2 im hoping itll be ok, as i hate waste!!)
Lunch - Meal at works restaurant where I picked out my food before i started SW so I hope it will be fine.
French onion soup and chicken and veg. Coooorrrrr im looking forward to it.
Tea: Not sure. Have to grab something quick as it is Parents evening at work so im here till 9 xxx
