I find body usually eliminates the alcohol (whoosh fairy) and if you get right back on dukan damage is limited! X

All is right in the world I make fantastic tablet and macaroon so the wedding favours are sorted now although wedding dress now fits I doubt I can sit or eat due to breathing being a bit of a struggle and my bestie having to put on my shoes......next 12 week's will be hardcore dukan oot ma nut!!
