No singing Siddid - starting to miss it actually but far too busy with USA, shows etc..... They are doing a concert on Friday which I will try and get to as part of the audience but otherwise nothing until the Christmas concerts start!!! x

Awww, bless Ben for turning up in the wrong colour combinaton! And then the welly mix-up too! I'm like a headless chicken myself, with my 3rd starting secondary school - school uniform for the first time, horrendous complicated journey, etc - and so shortly after getting back from holiday. Everything's falling apart here!

Don't worry, we'll be old hands by the end of next week!

Okay gonna try and complete the mission to have an early night!!!! Sooooo tired and had a bit of rubbish day with one of the youngsters getting injured on his first day at work - totally just a mad moment but so sad about it.... He should be fine but not fun...
Ben had another good day at school but is coming home totally exhausted so I guess it will take a wee while to get used to the pace!!! First time with new childminder for after school and seemed to go good.....
ENJOYED my veggies today - gosh I missed them... Sat here feeling totally full but was lovely!!!
B - 2 muffins
L - ham
D - home made burgers/ carrot and swede/ onion and mushroom sauce/ 2 muffins
Someone told me to make the burgers in a donut shape so they cooked more evenly and it really worked.... They were delicious and made enough for there to be more tomorrow! YUM!

Gosh I bet you are pro already Sara..... Hope you are still feeling the benefit of your holiday when you have come back to such a rush! Feel so much happier being on Dukan - need to remember that the next time I feel like taking the detour!!! LOL! x

Hmmmm well last night I well and truly screwed it all up again!!! Friends birthday led to a big slice of white choccy cake which led me to the chinese, then the ice cream, then the crisps and finally Ben's white choc buttons!!! WHY - not even any moderation........... Oh well today is a brand new spanking Dukan day!!! LOL! What a wally!

Now that sounds like a very good plan Sara, so far today I am back on the pony and going to cook loads of chicken to keep me busy!!! I have a wedding tomorrow so planning a PV day to fit in a bit better..... Wearing my outfit that I bought at The Boutique Of Primark - the same one in my profile pic..... Just hope bumpy bits don't show!!! LOL - should be okay as I bought it when I was heavier!!! Well at least I think I did! LOLOLOL!

Agreed Siddid! That's my plan..... A good day today thank goodness - struggled to do a planned PP day and really wanted the veggies but managed to resist!......
A good day at work and ready for the weekend now, Ben is being a page boy and I can't wait to see him walk down the aisle in his morning suit! I have to work in the morning and busy busy till I leave..... Don't really know many people at the wedding apart from the bride, her mother and sister so gonna feel a bit like billy no mates - oh well - I can do it!!!!

Awww Thanks Chris..... Did feel really awkward at the wedding till we sat down for food/speeches etc when I got chatting to the wedding photographer who was next to me.....Also then realised that no-one recognised me as 'Ben's Mum as they hadn't seen me since I lost weight so a lot more people chatted to me after that!!! Didn't eat at all till the wedding food and did eat everything in front of me and drank quite a lot too so not a good Dukan day but not worrying..... Came home with Ben at about 7.30pm as I was drunk and he was worn out!!! LOL!
So food yesterday:-
Pimms and nuts!
Mushrooms with garlic mayo
Chicken breast, stuffing, broccoli, roast pots and gravy (and two tiny sausages, a few chips!!!)
Chocolate cheesecake and cream
2 glasses champagne/ double vodka and diet coke/ glass wine!!!!
Oh dear what a day - photo of Ben to follow!!! None of me - sorry!
