So actually managed to stick to a PP day! Didn't really enjoy my dinner tonight as not feeling the no veg idea!!!! Had gotten soooo used to conso and the luxury of veg every day that going back to cruise feels tough!!!Gonna weigh tomorrow and see where I am with regard to how much off target I am - Feeling quite heavy atm so will see! Will then decide whether to return to conso properly or continue with cruise with perhaps more PV days....... or may even dig v deep and try some more PP days!!!! Accountant here today which is always stressful - him checking that I have done everything right !!!! We seemed to have everything he needed though he usually comes back a week or so later with lots of questions!!!
He couldn't believe how much weight I had lost as I hadn't even started Dukan last time he visited!

L - mackerel/cottage cheese/balsamic/lean bacon/egg with soy sauce
D - chicken with Dukan BBQ sauce/ 2 muffins with cream cheese icing/ Dukan custard
Think I am gonna start eating either whole chicken or chicken fillets only as really found it horrible dealing with the chicken legs and thighs tonight - not sure why as done it without thought for the last year but really turned my tummy!!! Yuck!
