A good food day but feel like I ate loads!!!!! Lol! Arrived at heathrow hotel and listening to planes take off as practically on the runway!!! Early start tomorrow!!! No Stetsons for me chris big or otherwise - lol!!!!! Hoping for a biker boy on a Harley!!!! Pmsl!
B - 2 blueberry muffins
L - beef stir fry
D - more beef stir fry/ broccoli bake with Parmesan/ 2 muffins
S - ham sandwich
Had the ham sandwich on the road to London, was tempted to have shop bought sandwich ignoring the fact it was ham/cheese/mayo but stopped myself and bought plain bread and ham, and boy it was good!!!!!!! Glad I made a good choice!!!!
 
See nothing to worry about youve started the way you mean to go on with good choices, and enjoy usa....hope you get your hairy biker on a harley and not si and dave lol xxx

Forgive me ladies for I have truly sinned!!! Didn't even manage one day of good food before the slippery slope of junk food hit the system and sent me loopy!!! Not helped by the fact that we never stopped for meals so was grabbing food on the go all the time - that in turn made me feel bad about what I was doing so then I started binging BIG time!!! Have paid the price with a huge weight gain - clothes were even getting too tight in the last day or so!!!! Disappointed in myself and scared too....... Back home last night - a day late as the flight was delayed and missed my connection - finished off the holiday with a Dominos as my final goodbye to the junk..... Made time for Sainsburys this morning and loaded up on meat and fish ready to start back on attack today - gonna try to do it for three days and then back onto cruise until I get to TW again..... This is exactly what 'I do', sooooo determined to break the cycle but need my MM friends behind me PLEASE - if I go backwards now I will be back to 20stone before I know it!!! My brain feels mentally strong atm so fingers crossed!!!! What a wally I am!!! LOL!

I'm just a smug bunny, I lost 2lb - but I had actually put 4lb on before going away so that kinda makes it about evens.

One thing though, I think I've grasped - after much experimentation- is that constant vigilance is the key - cant afford to binge, too much hard work getting this far. Repeat after me... little treats good, binge bad.

Sure pp will sort you out, though people say it takes longer each time. Maybe settle into a cruise/ conso pattern until you feel stable?

Soooooo a good first day returning to Dukan and mentally I feel a great deal better!!!!! Ironically wasn't even that hungry all day as had lots going on so no time to think about eating! A little scared for the next couple of days as we have a busy time getting ready to go to our Championship show and then head home late on Sat night and repack before heading to Chatsworth for our final Horse of the Year Show qualifier!!! Just hope I can be strong and stick with the plan!!!
Made a lovely batch of muffins - tasted sooooo good! Can't bring myself to advertise the amount I put on but lets just say it was very significant!!!! Hopefully quickly on - quickly off!!!! Meanwhile my best friend reached her TW yesterday - she looks super skinny and thanks to me is terrified of conso!!!! Lordy I said she will be fine - much stronger than I am!!!!

well done for getting day 1 under you belt... I had and unscheduled good day due to spending 6 hours in 2 different A&E departments :rolleyes: but we will get this little bit extra weight back off :D

Hope hubbys leg okay - blimmin mares - nothing like a cross female!!! My 'to do' list is as long as my arm and the jet lag is kicking in - what fun!!!! x
