Had a soooper doooper time tonight with the gals, sooooo relaxed and just laughed our way through the whole meal!!! Boootiful food with fab company...... Nothing better - nice to get a bit glammed up too in our dresses - everyone looked lovely - Georgia took a photo so maybe one for the album!!! Ready for my run in the morning - alarm is set so we will see! Gala meal weighing a bit heavy in my tummy but thoroughly enjoyed everything I ate!!! LOL!

Oh Ellie - is it safe to tell you????? Oh well here goes, to start had scallops with the mashed potato top and mushrooms - called some french name but was never good at French!!! Then steak, chips, sauce, and the famous mars bar cheesecake to finish!!! Oh that was good! It was defo a gala meal!!! LOLOLOL!

This morning gals I ran two miles non stop and felt AMAZING!! Quads are suitably way sore now but not out of breath atall which was cool!!! PP day going fine so far - one chicken down - gonna make meatballs and garlic sauce for dinner - just made another batch of my amazing almond and strawberry muffins ready for the weekend - wooo hoooo! x
 
Fantastic!!! You should sign up for a 10K or half marathon, that's what I did when I first started running and it really motivated me to keep with it :)x
 
Think race for life more achievable at the moment!!! Just massaged some muscle balm into me quads - gonna just do a v brisk walk tomorrow while muscles recover a bit!!! So loving the morning exercise!
Just heard I am heading off to the USA again on 6th October for work - just hope I don't repeat the binging week I had in August - may be a tough one but gonna try my very best to rein it in!!! Back on 13th October just in time for my birthday celebration in the evening- actual birthday on the 15th October but going out on the Sat!!!! Can't believe I am gonna be 42 and slim!!!! YAY! Nice feeling!!! My lovely child minder just so great about stepping in to have Ben full time while I am away - I am soooooo lucky to have her!
Anyway - v good PP day:-
B - 2 muffins
L - chicken with Dukan BBQ sauce
D - meatballs with onion sauce/ 2 muffins and Dukan custard
Off showing this weekend - hope I have planned well food wise - having salmon and prawns whilst everyone else has fish pie, having steak whilst everyone else having prawn curry and rice....... Must remember to make a BBQ sauce!!!

Yay, you're back on track! Funnily enough, I'm just coming to the end of the book and looking forward to reading the last chapter Sara mentions. Expect it will take a while if tricky to understand!

Soooo impressed with the morning runs Trudy - isn't it funny how quickly exercise can grab you? Doing that and being back in conso is going to set you up I reckon.

Love hearing about your shopping for new dresses - definitely need photos please! I bet you look fab and are enjoying all the compliments!

Right Siddid - ticket is booked - don't forget to bring the chickens!! LOL - serious though gonna try to stick at it this time and hopefully all the walking will help!!!
 
Didn't get to do my morning walk/jog today - Ben away crying after poking himself inthe eye!!! GRRRRR!!!! SOOOOO annoying! LOL - normally he is in the land of nod when I go.................... with the girls listening out for him! Ah well quads still ouchy and will get a big amount of walking in at the show so that should make up for it..... Glad normal conso day today - one PP day enough for me - mind you I did forget to weigh this morning which is annoying!! Will jump on after the weekend and see where I am at!!! Have a great day everyone! I will go back to my packing list - yep kitchen sink is in! x

Also had skinny latte!!!! Maybe too much skimmed milk but hey ho!!!!!! Up at five so.......
