Pleased with today, ended up WS by the end of the day, but I'm happy anyway, I didn't derail completely. I think it would help me to start doing the Beck again, I might start again from the beginning to try and reinforce what I've been learning so far (I know I've stopped doing the planning / writing down what I actually ate... might help me to realise what I'm actually doing and be more focused with my planning.

OK, so I may as well do it for tomorrow. Tomorrow I will have a TS day, and I will have a shake for breakfast, a bar for lunch (out for a picnic with my daughter) and then a soup for tea. I'll have a can of coke zero and some Dr Pepper in the afternoon, as well as at least 3 litres of water.
And this Saturday the scales will show a change at my weigh in!!!

Good work Rach ;) yep my beck went out the window with my willpower (sure that the two are connected) going to start again tomorrow :)

Rachel, just back from hols and catching up! Well done on the shred work ;)

and a massive CONGRATULATIONS on your new career choice. What a worthy profession. Good luck with your training, and I hope we get to hear all about it!

Well done.
Cx

Congratulations :). both my mother and father went to college to become priests (pastors in their denomination) for 3 years when i was a kid and i have lots of fond memories from growing up with them during that time. Good luck!

WOW thats fab news .... well done you must be really pleased and excited at the prospect of becoming a Priest! x

Thank you all for your lovely messages :)

Just been and redid the shred, as I was about 7 minutes into it this morning when the bishop phoned, so didn't complete it then - was too busy bouncing round the house being super excited!

I'm so relieved to have got the answer, and particularly that it's a yes - and so far I've not celebrated with any food, hurrah! And have no plans to celebrate with food either, which is progress for me.

Hmmm, trying to summon up the energy to do the shred - seems so much more effort at the end of a long day at work. At least I've managed 100% TS today.

Well done on the TS and good luck with the shred you mad thing ;)
