Ams, I think you definitely will. I got my first compliment today, the receptionist at the clinic told me I was looking very slim!

there will come a point when exercise isn't a chore, once that happens it becomes easier. If you told me 4 years ago I'd be running and enjoying it I would have thought you were crazy! Nothing shapes you like exercise though, and nothing has shaped my legs like running! And to an extent spinning, but running more.

busy day at work, then came home and ran 5k. Unfortunately I don't have the walnut toffee, thought I did but no! Will get that next time. Only have tetras and a choc orange shake, porridge and soup left x

Have to admit I'm a bit annoyed. I know this person and everything always comes so easy to them. Boy stuff, job stuff, body stuff! And I don't think they appreciate what a breeze everything is for them! They've just had another great thing happen for them, and I'm narked, I'll admit it!

Is it bad to want someone to fall flat on their face? It is isn't it

Anyway, thanks Bubbly and Ria. I was on such a high after my run before I got the text. Put such a downer on me for some reason, not completely sure why. What I do know is I'll probably feel better and less green eyed about the whole thing tomorrow.

Ok, had some cool down time. Venting my venom on here helped. It's gone now, and I don't feel the way I did anymore.

my boss is one of those types. Pay rises galore and takes all credit for the success. There are 4 main staff where i work and all 4 have applied for other jobs. 2 were successful (I was one if them!) and the other 2 are continuing in their efforts. There are 7 support staff and 3/7 have left since mid April. We have also list one fifth of our ' custom' since September. It's not rocket science... Do the maths!

There's a part of me that would love to see how quickly she loses the above local and national average targets. It could all crumble like a house of cards.

What I have learned us that these people always 'come up smelling of roses' so don't give them space in your head!

I know you're nice chick you're human too x

Funny you say that. I always wanted to shop there but wouldn't go in there as I was a size 18 so no point going in. Then before I started Cambridge December time I found loads I wanted online, but decided to wait, and every time I went in since im a shoppable size I've not found anything! Sod's law I guess!
