No I dont have the Beck book. I hear some of you talking about it on here and some of it makes sense but I am not convinced by CBT so am a bit sceptical. But if it works for any one then I am certainly not knocking it, we need all the help we can get.
Yeah thats the one marge, the high wire swinging from tree to tree thing. You obvioulsy have to climb up things too and I figure the lighter I am the easier that should be. I should really work on my upper body too as I cant even pull up my own weight!!![]()

Are you straight back on plan now? I think it's really good you have something else to aim for too, I personally think everyone on thisplan should book a holiday every 3 months so it's something to work towards!!!
Anyway, good to have you back and look forward to your wi on Sunday..not in a nasty way, I just think you could be pleasantly surprised

You sound so positive. I don't doubt that you can't do the 40 days. I might do 40 days with you if you don't mind? It'll give me a bit of motivation to know that I have to keep up with you by not eating and I'll feel really ashamed if I have to come on here and tell you that I've eaten! Did you start it today? I will have to start mine tomorrow. Will be interesting to see how much each of us lose by doing that won't it??!!
I'm scared of exactly what happened to you, feeling good, then getting on holiday and realising I need to do more. The reason I'll feel so bad about that is because it'll make me realise I didn't looks as nice as I would like on my wedding photies! If we're working so hard to do this, we may aswell do it properly and get to goal eh!!!
