Breakfast - Apple; bottled water

Lunch - 2 Sesame seed Ryvita (HEXB) with 35g Philadelphia Light (HEXA); ham; tomato; bottled water

WI: -2lb

Dinner - Portabello mushrooms, stilton cheese, breadcrumbs - approx 15 syns

TOTAL SYNS - 15

Hi Hun, you are doing such a great job... puts me to shame! I haven't even reached one stone yet:eek:

Do you go for your long walks alone or with friends? I am starting a walking group once a week with a friend. I can't seem to get motivated to get my tush to the gym so may try one other long walk a week and basically just try and walk as much as possible.
 
Don't worry I'm sure you're doing fab+as long as it's going the right direction then it doesn't matter how long it takes you :)

At the weekends when I go walking it's normally with my husband+baby, there's a lovely Coastal path where I live so it's fab but I think the days going for long walks are numbered for me now coming into winter, walks in the rain suck big time :( the 20 minute walks during the week I do on my own as it's the walk I do to+from work+where I park the car - thank god for iPods :)

Breakfast - Muller light coconut yogurt; bottled water

Lunch - Baked potato, baked beans, cheese (HEXA); bottled water

Dinner - Batchelors chilli chicken low fat super noodles, 1 slice of Kingsmill bread - 4.5 syns; diet coke

Snack - Sparkling mineral water

TOTAL SYNS - 4.5

Lunch - SW lasagne - extra lean mince, mushrooms, onion, garlic, passata, tinned tomatoes, pasta sheets, fat free natural yogurt, eggs, low fat cheddar (1/2 HEXA), tomato's, cucumber; bottled water

Dinner - Steak, sw chips, mushrooms, peppercorn sauce - 3 syns with semi sk milk (HEXA); Diet Coke

Snack - Velvet Crunch crisps - 4 syns

TOTAL SYNS - 7

Exercise - 20 minute walk
