Well guys...3.5lb off at class last night, woohoo!! I'm now 11st 12lb!!! The lightest I've ever been in my adult life - I've always struggled to get below 12st. I also won the raffle and then Slimmer of the Week too!! So it was definitely my night last night! Only 1.5lb to go now until my 3 stone award, which was also my September challenge. Would like to think I could get that off next week - here's hoping!
I'm off swimming again tonight! Looking forward to it. I really enjoyed it last week (except it got a bit busy with kids splashing around which made it a bit harder to do lengths) so hoping to enjoy it equally as much this week! I managed 26 lengths in about 30 minutes last week, so lets see how I do tonight!
Finally, I just want to take a moment out to remember those near 3,000 people that died in the tragic 9/11 event, 12 years ago today. It's something I will never forget, and I still get shivers when I think about it. I was only 10 when it happened and I remember mid-morning at school hearing what had happened. Such a tragedy. My thoughts today will be with all of those effected by this disaster.
