whats chicken parmo? Sounds niceGood morning diary. Can't tell you how I'm feeling this morning. I am absolutely blown away. One thing's for sure, it's set me up for another good week on plan! I have York on Saturday but my plan is to be 100% on plan all week and then be a little more relaxed on Saturday. I will still try and make more healthy choices on Saturday, i.e. a big fruity breakfast before I go, salad / JP for lunch whilst there, and try to stick to vodka and diet coke as much as I can. I will let myself have a few treats though, the odd cocktail or shot, etc. Then I plan to be straight back on it on Sunday! It's a big danger zone for me but after my mammoth loss last night I don't want to undo any of that hard work. I've got my food plan written up for the week and know exactly what I'll be having Sunday which should help. All I'm hoping for next Tuesday is a maintain - anything beyond that would be a bonus! Really enjoyed my 'treat' last night. Totally within my Syns for the week but it felt sooo naughty. It also felt well deserved though! It was good because Warren was having fish and chips, and with me having my takeaway curry I didn't feel left out at all. Don't you just love Slimming World? Got some yummy food planned for today! This is how it's looking... no that sounds crazy to me lol so you cook the chicken with breadcrumbs on do you dip it in eg? Then just put low low spread on it?Oooh you don't know what a Parmo is?! It's a proper northern dish, originally from Middlesbrough. It's a popular choice from the takeaways here - basically it's a breaded chicken breast topped with white sauce and cheese. I make my own using a 60g Wholemeal roll blitzed into breadcrumbs and then top with low low spread. Lush, here it is... <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=109815"/>
