Hi Blue, the cake was small but I have gone over my maintenance calories :( I did the ultimate error....Eating before calculating the calories :(

Today has worked out

Food = 2083 (maintenance 1806)
Activity = 432
Net = 155

Bit fed up with myself but least Ive been honest with what I have done.

Draw a line under today and start fresh

Oh dear! I've had now officially come off the wagon :'(

Really gutted, but I guess I just need to forgive, forget and move on

Think this week I'm going to have to accept a sts this week if I get back on it.

I really don't know why I had a day like this? I think because meals weren't planned so just then unravelled :(

I was like that for 3 days and yesterday i was back on it. Oddly enough i had planned xx
 
Morning all, Today I'm trying to drag myself back into the wagon. I'm feeling really blur but I've just got to plod on.

I'm trying to drink more water so I can ensure any hunger pangs are genuine and not thirst and I'm making sure I get walking in where possible.

Just got to keep going :(

I drank loads of water yesterday and definitely felt better for it xx feel literally crap today :(
 
Right I've got to get out of slump!!!

I'm doing some extra steps in the office which is walking to the ladies the floor below lol

I'm going to get my fruit and veg up and I'm going to cut out chocolate during week days.

Hubby isn't here for a week so great opportunity to get a better habit under my belt :)
 
Evening all,

I've turned today around and had a really positive day :)

I attempted to do a fast day and did reasonably well. I've enjoyed the feeling and for the first time in a long time I really really enjoyed my meal.

Here's my day

Breakfast - 80g Blueberries and 175g Natural Yoghurt (153cals)

Lunch - 80g Banana, 80g apple, 80g grapes and 135g Pineapple (233cals)

Dinner - M&S CoU Slow cooked lamb with Veg and extra veg added (308cals)

Drinks - Tea with 1/4tsp sugar & Skimmed milk (77cals)

2 litres of water

I've also done 9582 steps, 3.58 miles and 317 calories burnt

Final Results

Food - 771
Exercise 317
 
Hi Claire! New commenting your diary! I'm glad that you are back on track now!! It bums me out every time i eat something that i'm not supposed to but it's not the end of the world :D Keep it up
 
Well done for getting back on it today, great result esp with the exercise you did.

I am terrible at down days !! Never stick to 500.

Going for one tomorrow.

It was bit of an unplanned fast day. I never realised how much fruit made up in calories but least Ive had my five a day :)

I'm ready for normality tomorrow lol

Yes fruit as more cals in then i first thought xx especially bananas x
