The really slow loss team!

I don't know then latte I just looked at your food diary and I can't see anything wrong tbh??? The only thing I could suggest is red days to mix it up a bit but I know you don't eat meat so a bit pointless really lol. Your syns are defo not over, they're of a higher amount but not upto the limit. The only other thing I could suggest is cut syns to 70 a week and see if that helps Hun. Are you on mess??

I assume you mean meds ? Yes but nothing that stops weight loss in fact metformin is meant to help with that.
 
Yep thyroid blood sugars cholesterol etc checked every January and not a problem .
 
Oh and I had 2/3 of a portion of chip shop
Chips at tea time cos we had guests and I totally missed tea and was starving and I really didn't think they would be that high WRONG. Hubby had bought me wine which I started to drink then thought I better work out the syns and I was horrified to discover an average portion is 17.5 syns so after 3 mouthfuls I tipped it down the sink and am having diet coke instead. I hope it pays off!!!!

I think it's always good to mix it up a little. My C never suggested this to me but your body can get stuck in a rut so easily when it comes to food. I have egg on toast every single day without fail, so a couple of times a week I'm having raspberries & yogurt. Sometimes little changes are needed to shake things up. Hope something works for you Latte :)

I'm ravenous. Still waiting for my stupid period to come. All I want is chocolate and sweets. Not like me at all I'm normally crisps and meat. There Easter eggs everywhere in the house and it's taking every bit of will power not to trough the lot. I've been good today but cos most of the time has been spent thinking of food I feel like I've eaten more than I have if that makes sense. I have another socialising weekend and feel like its yet another tough week. But I have to not go e up. I have to find a way to compensate as I have the next 3 weekends planned out and I have birthdays and a wedding do no chance of 100% week for next 3 weeks. I'm gonna text my c see if she can help x

Happy Easter everyone... and good luck resisting the eggs, I am sure gonna need it! Thankfully weigh in is tomorrow, so I can at least avoid the gain until next week :eek:
 
1.4lbs off for me this week, so I stay on the naughty step (2 weeks in a row before has never been heard for me!). Think I might have some lines handed out too?

Not holding out a huge deal of hope for next week because of Easter, but a STS will be more than acceptable.

On day 4 of JM's 30 day shred and I can't lift my arms above my head.... despite that, I am quite enjoying it - I must be stark staring bonkers :eek:

i weighed in yesterday and i lost a 1.5lbs =O iv had such a bad weekend! I know people lose and then say Iv had 2 mcdonalds a chinese and a bottle of gin it really annoys me! but im sure mine was down to working hard this weekend with all the moving and I now have to walk 1.5 miles to club, and a mile to the bus stop and a mile back! really upped my exercise this week! and im sure that was a contributing factor =] i feel so good about my self now though!
 
STS for me, was expecting a small gain so very happy with that :) x

Be afraid..... be very afraid ;) Seriously though, it is HARD work but you do see results. The last time I did it I didn't lose much on the scales, but I dropped a whole dress size in a month and personally I don't care whether it is scales or tape measure, just as long as I am shrinking!

My best bit of advice is keep going even though you will REALLY ache for the first week unless you are already quite toned (which I am certainly not!). My bottom half is very strong from the power walking I do with Lily every day as it is so hilly round here you do get a work out and it means I'm not really too bad in the aching department; however, my upper body is not that great and this is where I am feeling it. I am wincing when I pick up my big latte cup full of tea :eek: The up side is my bingo wings are definitely firmer already and I've lost 1/2 an inch off my bum in four days :D

I LOVE the 30 day shread!! I'm one of those nutters that likes hardcore workouts that make you sweat buckets, I just like to know I've worked my socks off & burnt some calories. I don't do the DVD everyday, I get too bored doing that.

It does kill the first time you do it. I did it Sat for the first time in months & I was in pain for about 2 days. I did it again last night & today I'm fine. May sound weird but after doing it I actually feel stronger in myself. I think its hard work that pays off & it really does sculpt your body. Worth the effort :)
