It's been crazy today! I had a shake for breakfast, went shopping didn't get in til after lunch time, so I skipped the shake for lunch and had a 'few' fig rolls (oops) I didn't enjoy them..

Then my son came home and he was sick big time...don't know why.?? So if he's getting a bug, then I'm likely to get it, even though it's gross, bring on the gastro I lost 7lbs last time lol! ;)
then I felt a bit hungry, so I 2 fruit club bars (oops oops) and that's all I've eaten today so far.

Don't really feel hungry, but I'm going to have the rest of the open veg from last night..

So even though I've had club bars and the biscuits, my calories for the day aren't going to be high..and I just don't care today lol!

I'll definitely do mfp tomorrow for the last 3 days..

Getting my hair done tomorrow and I can't wait!! My hair touches the bottom of my back and I'm going for something completely different, then getting it coloured next week..I'm going blonde! Not all over, foils and weaves, haven't been blonde in 15 years! I was going to wait for this treat when I'd hit the last 5lbs of my 1st goal, but I just want to feel good at the moment, so the hair it is :)

I'm feeling so much better today, i'm not expecting anything good this week on the scales, probably a gain after today and the bit of popcorn yesterday..but I'll deal with it Monday, and Monday is a total new start head wise, body wise, exercise wise everything!

Had a sneaky weigh in this morning, and I've lost 3lbs since Monday, It doesn't cound though and I'm bound to be 6lb heavier tomorrow, but it's put me in a better mood, I won't weigh again until Monday now.

Another bloody awful day outside, damp and dark, so I'll be staying in, a bit of housework left to do, then exercise got to burn off some cals!..shake for breakfast now :)

I used to hate going to the hairdressers, but I love it now. A couple of hours of uninterrupted pampering, with magazines to read, cups of tea, and lots of gossip :)
They do say that blondes have more fun...you'll have to let us know if it's true!

lol!..it's funny actually because when she was cutting my hair, and taking the weight out and putting layers in, my head did feel a lot lighter lol!

My hair was very, very long though. So I've had 2 different blondes in and I'm going next week for the final blonde colour, like an icey white blonde.. :)

I did have a lovely time getting my hair done though, mags, tea and a special chair that gav my a back massage lurvely!

Go get pampered, i keep meaning to make an appointment get my hair done, it will make you feel so much better!!

I am feeling so much better, the last few days I've sort of turned a courner and come back round.

Had a funny day yesterday, I was on the plan, but at times off it... I had a double chocolate shake for breakfast which was bloody awful, it didn't mix right..urgh!

Lunch, I had wholemeal crisp breads, the ryvita ones, they're so much better than the other type, I had that with salad. I had sweet and sour with veg for dinner, snacks were muller rice pudds.

I had a naughty treat of a box of skittles, they're in the rules though :)

I haven't had any bread (i have wholemeal bread) for a whole week, don't miss it either and I've had no potaoes for nearly 2 weeks, trying to stay away from them, I'm a potato fiend :)
 
I am trying to give up bread again too, we really dont get on well at all, i love it but it hates me lol.. Defnitely getting my hair done before i travel over, its so bad right now!!

Your definitely sounding much happier :D You seemed to have a great day yesterday food wise, apart from the shake, is it one you make up yourself? I find them hard to mix sometimes!! I love skittles especially the new blue ones that are in them!! My daughter had some one day, and i stole all the blue ones lol!!

I love bread, sarnies and toast, and like a bit with a jacket spud (which I've also give up) It doesn't disagree with me but it's just loaded with carbs.. so though I'd go without for a while and see what happens :rolleyes:

Yeah it comes in a sachet you just add water then shake, but it didn't mix too well and it tasted quite gross, The Biggest Loser shakes aren't as nice as sf or Asda's own.. I haven't tried the blue Skittles, I think they come in the big bags or small ones, the ones I've got are in the multipack boxes, I'll get some blue ones when I go shopping tomorrow :)

My lad is sooo much better now, the dressing is off, the scar looks awful at the moment, but he's getting there. He's definitely going back Monday, his class meet there new teachers that day.

We're playing Tomb Raider at the moment lol!
 
Oh...what a weird day!! I had crisp breads with beetroot and spring onion for lunch, muller light and a box of raisins...then... the kids got the Maryland cookies out..oh dear... having veg for dinner, so cals and fats for the day are really low again..

I feel so tired today, I felt like this yesterday around this time, I think the weather doesn't help.. I plan on having a good weekend.. last chance Saturday and Sunday!... I WILL exercise on the bike until I'm saddle sore...i WILL, I WILL, I WILL! ;)
 
Oh bike bum isnt good lol, its so uncomfortable!! Glad your boy is doing well, bet he is excited about meeting his new teacher!! Trying to keep my carbs down at the moment too, but still had 144, but i dont think thats too bad as its from good food!! I think thats the hardest thing to defeat, the carbs are bad unless we burn them off!! Have fun with the bike, mine is holding all my clothes at the moment!!
 
It's the carbs that get me too...it's the white carbs that are bad for enough, we need complex carbs, wholemeals etc...I'm going to try and convert to brown/wholemeal rices and pasta...annoyingly the flavoured rice in packets don't do any variety with brown rice :(

I'd love to take a magic pill and wake up slim ;)
 
Still feeling tired and my throat feels a bit weird, my youngest is all croaky and sniffly... so instead of writing a long post, I'll go with smileys... today has been..

i know them kind of days lol!!

I dont enjoy the brown pasta as much but i am sure i could get the taste for it, i like brown bread though. but for now want to be away from bread altogether!!

Yeah I know what you mean hun, i've been away from bread for a few weeks now and I don't miss out, however today I really wanted raspberry jam on toast.. :rolleyes:

I've been thinking about pastas, and I've gone right down in that too, the only pasta I've had in the last month is the pasta in 3 mug shots!
 
So I've just a pre weigh in and I'm weighing in with an sts, it could all change over night, so I'm expecting a 1lb loss or a gain or sts, either way I'm not too bothered, I've had a very week, trying to get my head round stuff and although I've stuck to the rules 98% of the time, I've ate a few things that aren't so good, but the rest of the time, I've been on rice and veg...it's mad!

I've got 2 weeks before my docs check, and at the moment, my loss won't get me another months Xenical, so I've got 2 weeks to loose 4lbs, 2 kilos ish. I know I can do this, I've done this before, several times!..so why does it feel like I'm got a mountain to climb, I think it's the pressure of the repeat prescription for one..

My goal of 10lbs this month, isn't going to happen now, eveything is just falling apart. I've got to stop this now, before I know it's going to come crashing down and everything i've done will be for nothing.

So next week is strictly, water, shakes, fruit and fat free yoghurt. August I'm switiching to tfr.

Today, I'm spending the day doing nothing, it's the last day of rest for me, next week is going to be hard!
