Halloween party went ok, didnt drink but had some sneaky bits of pizza an garlic bread :/
End of night i had to go to bed earlier as got a flipping migraine an ended up been sick :( blaa!! glad i stayed up most night though!!

tonights tea....

gammon, onion, garlic, pepper, chilli, honey, soy sauce, stock, cabbage & carrot. ontop of fine egg noodles.

well weigh day is coming up... scales say +2lb :(
 
WEll.....after the last message...I went off the Wagon! Stuck all day Satdi but ended up witha Chop Suey, boiled Rice and Prawn crackers.
Had family round sunday and drank alot of wine! Had no potatoes tho, just meat and veg.
Yesterday was diabolical! But it was an awful day (was at a funeral) so I will forgive myself for that!!

Today is 100% on green.

I've had fruit for breakfast and snacks, Ko Lee Low Fat Noodles, tinned tomatoes, low low grated cheese and jalepenos. And a low fata yoghurt with cherries for pudding.

It's Zumba tonight, so that will help! Noodles again for tea! Love my noodles! Lol!

You had your official weigh in yet?

Sounds like a nice day menu! mines been banana for breakfast, then had this for dinner.

weigh in group is 7pm, so afterwards having cheesy chips, salad, pitta bread & kebab meat. An garlic sauce! :eating:
 
STS for me tonight!! Which im glad, my scales kept saying a big gain :(

So total loss is still at 4 stone 10lb :)

Haha no i pre cooked it half the time as had to go out so was left then cooked hour lAter so went quite crispy on outside but still lovely :) x
 
Well day out shopping today. Was good had jacket.potato with beans an little cheese. Salad. Bag of French fries....


Tonights tea; baked bean lasagne. Salad. Was really nice!!

how you getting on?

I've had a good week starting from Tuesday, swimming, Zumba and the right foods.

Not hopeful for weigh day again tomorrow though!! Yesterday scales said 2lb gain!! Argh!!

Today had banana for breakfast
Dinner was tuna jacket an salad
Tea i did marrow 'boats'

only had 4 syns so far which think will be it for today..

got birthday party tomorrow so taking own pasta meal so im good :D
Scales been very nice an saying 2lb loss since tues :) feeling very positive xx

2 alpen lights, quark & options hot choc with whipped cream on top. = 3syns!

Well yesterday did good. Took pasta salad instead eating buffet food. Had tiny piece of cake... Tonight went wrong. Tried making chicken chow mein which ended up been over 13syns!! Would been better getting Chinese takeaway.. Then had a twix mini & hot choc with cream x 3 extra squirts! Oops. So made up for it today, 0 syns so far & will have 3 on yorkshire pud for with my tea but that will be all so evens the day out for yesterday.

Still really looking forward to tues weighing though! :) about time too, past few months ive not been 100% longer than a week without takeaway or meal out, so back to how i was when first started :D
 
Its great your looking forward to Tues Jess - and well done for taking your own stuff instead of buffet thats what i call willpower
 
Thank you Texty, I said from when knew the party was happening i was taking my own so i wouldnt be naughty. Was hard when getting my son a few bits but i just let hubby take over an i sat opposite side or room from the food! Small piece of cake, which ive said about 10 syns but was tiny so more like 5 syns lol
 
It could have been a lot worse and you could now be doing MASSIVE damage limitation -but theres no need so well done x

Sooo forgot to add up about Thursday! I had my hospital app for resizing of my knee braces & ive gone down a size :D this is such an amazing feeling for me, just shows how much my legs have shrunk. (il add a pic up so you can just see how big they are on me now!!) Just waiting for my new shiny ones :D

'snack' i had my milk(heA) for milky hot choc (2syn) 1 hifi light & alpen light (heB) an banana & custard muller light :)


Il be back tomorrow!

Menu so far:
Breakfast: choc crunch (heB)
Dinner: Jacket pot with cheese (heA) & beans, salad.
Tea: Curry or something with beef, got both out freezer....
