WEEK 3-DAY 7-

No weighing today since i wasnt on track. I will try to eat less bread this week and more fruits and vegs.

I am planning to do SE 3-4 days of this week just to give boost to metabolism.

GREEN DAY-SUCCESS EXPRESS

Breakfast-all bran flakes(HEXB),Super Free Food(banana,apple,melon),
1 coffee black no sugar
Snack-
Lunch-boiled vegs(pumpkin,potatoe,corn,cheese(with syns)).
Snack-
Dinner-1/3 Free Food fried potatoes (grill with 2 tsp olive oil-serves 4-so 1/2 tsp olive oil with low fat cheese(HEX A),1 egg and 2/3 Super Free Food salad(broccoli). I love broccoli!..and maybe another coffee or green tea:)-i had lemon with water instead.

Yesterday on my name day i went to the beach with my dear husband:) CYPRUS MY HOMELAND IS PARADISE FROM HEAVEN TO EARTH:)
relaxing and fun:) Plan to go again this Sunday:)

I am doing well with my plan..I bought lots of fruits and vegs just in case i want more food..! Also fat free yogurts..If i am correct they are counted as free food and syn free..right?
I dont want to loose all in once..if i see even half a kilo in a week i will be happy!

Snack-
Lunch-hamburger(pork mince,onion,egg,green pepper,tomatoe,parsley,bread,olive oil), with cheese low fat(HEXA), GREEN PEPPER,TOMATOE
Snack-
Dinner-1/3 Free Food(grilled salmon maybe) and 2/3 Super Free Food salad(broccoli).

LOTS OF WATER.
syns-bread and olive oil used for burgers.

This morning i checked my weight although i said i am not going to this week..so off the records.. -0.5 kg:)

Today its going to be a Green Day for me..

headache for 2 days as i expect my period today or tomorrow..:(

So i had for breakfast melon and apples+ 4 diet crackers(1st HEXB), my greek frappe and i am going to try and drink lots of water...:checkmark:
As for lunch i am going to enjoy pulses with tomatoe propably..:checkmark:plus two boiled eggs.
Dinner..hmm maybe pasta with mushrooms, peppers,onions,garlic,tomatoes and a slice of low fat cheese(1st HEXA)..:checkmark:


save 2nd HEXA (low fat cheese) with eggs and tomatoes as a snack if i am hungry+ 2nd HEXB (all bran flakes).I didnt eat this, but instead i had little chocolate..period came!

Another Green Day because i have leftovers from yesterday.

So for breakfast i am having, grilled pumpkin,green pepper,tomatoes,mushrooms,1 egg, 1st HEXA low fat cheese.
as for lunch i brought with me last nights pasta with slimming world creamy tomatoe sause and for super free foods tomatoe.(2nd HEXA cheese)
my snack at work today its going to be melon and apples, green tea. I really hope that i will leave some pasta in my plate and control myself!
dinner...i dont know..propably another egg with boiled broccolli? i dont know..will see..or a fat free yogurt with fruits if its hot.

leave HEXBS for night snack ( all-bran flakes )

Tomorrow is weighing day but because of my period i will check my weight on Friday and hopefully i will see -0.5 kg. Just that and i am going to be happy!
 
I just had my lunch, i think that i overdone it with cheese but thats my syns so far for today. tonight i will try to eat as healthy and light as i can..fat free yogurt with fruits and eggs with broccolli..normally i would add cheese to that but because i had more than i should i will just enjoy it with lemon.:)
 
Well yesterday i didn't had yogurt with fruits..but i did enjoy all-bran flakes (HEXB i saved during the day;))..and when i was cooking i ate 2 grill nuckets (4.0 syns) from my children..:grumble:..so thats my syns for last night..

This is going to be a red day..

for breakfast i'm having 2 apples,1 peach
for lunch i brought with me at work lots of boiled brocolli with chicken liver cooked only with little salt and 1 slice HEXA low fat cheese.
Dinner is going to be light for..just one salad with any vegs i have in the fridge plus crab sticks and turkey slice. probably 1 tsp olive oil HEXB or syns if i am having all-bran flakes late at night.
Again feel bloated because of my period 2nd day..so lots of liquid which could be green tea, fresh juice.
Sounds like a really light plan!

I still keep 2nd HEXA and 2nd HEXB for later on..if i am hungry i am going to snack egg with tomatoes and vegs and cheese and my all-bran flakes.
 
This sounds like a Success Express day:)..if i manage to stay all day on plan!!!
 
Today its supposed to be a weighing day but i am going to check my weight Friday morning. I really hope to see something minus!:fingerscrossed:

couldnt wait until friday and checked my weight last night..-1kg.:) Although weekend was nasty.

But tomorrow i will check the official result.

well yesterday i was on plan and felt great! i wasnt hungry at all..from lunch i was feeling full..even at night i pushed myself to eat a little bit of salad and my all-bran-flakes. no olive oil at all!..+ 2 grill chicken nuggets (4.0 syns counted the higher syn value)..pretty good! plenty of water and another greek frappe with no milk and no sugar!

Today its going to be green day i think..again try to do success express to make up for the past weekend..:)
i have found out that brocolli is a vegetable that fills me more with less quantity so in success express days i am going to eat brocolli more!

for Breakfast i brought 2 alpen lights(1st HEXB) and 1 apple for snack time.
for lunch bulgur with grilled vegs.
for dinner either omellete with tomatoes and mushrooms, 1 slice low fat cheese (1st HEXA) or again bulgur with salad..something easy and fast.

So thats it for today!

to get to my target i have to loose during the next 4 weeks more than 1 kilo per week..1,25kg.
So next week target is min 1,25kg.
 
well i had a 3rd alpen light (2nd HEXB) :( going home now to cook bulgur and start cleaning my house..:)
