I would have lasagne chips dough balls and garlic bread :eek: lol I would def half portions and add big salad with it!! Xxxx

It's good to aim high! Even if it's not in 2 weeks it won't be long after..
 
Day 25 i hit another target that i wanted to achieve next is day 28 on SS then 30, then 35 etc ua get my drift!!! Well I had lovely day with kids today robby was working so I took them to my gym with me for swim and jacuzzi it was lush I swam continually for about hour very slow but then played around lol hope ya having a wonderful day robby has cooked tea I had soup now I chilling on sofa might sleep hahahahah xxx

Hey Hun I am ok!!! I am coping and haveittle wobbles but nothing I can't talk myself out of as yet nothing that good has come along to tempt me seriously and I know in a few months time maybe 4/5 whatever it is I will have them again what is that out of another 50 yrs of my life!! Xx

Ok well today was a rough day emotionally for me realisation that I have one essay due in a week (1000 words left to write) also week after the 23rd another essay due not done any and exam 1st June acute care on neuro, resp and acute kidney infection assessments etc abcde approach Oh my God :eek: anyway diet wise bloody brilliant had porridge for breakfast well midday as usual just had stock and bar and will have mango shake later (it's ok but had better lol) anyway hope ya all having a great day sorry if I missed anyone's weigh in please let me know how ya do

Can use quorn mince and home made garlic bread? Ooh making self hungry!
