Third Time Lucky...!

Those 3lbs will be mostly water weight, they'll be off in no time I'm sure

With those good things around I'm sure you'll get yourself back on track. Did I give you the link for the kettlebell that I use? I meant to but can't remember if I did or not!

Just been watching Fat Fighters - find any sort of weight loss programme motivates me.

Really impressed with the guy, Jack, they focused on - lost 3.5 stones in 3 months - shows what hard work can achieve.

I'm going to try to find a swimming pool near me and an exercise class I can go to so that I have a regular plan to stick to. The uni has a gym and exercise classes but I don't want to be surrounded by younger, fitter people than me!

So I'm going to try to find a pool and classes a bit further away where I don't know any one and the people might be older!! Haha how sad!

I keep meaning to watch that but always end up forgetting and watching holby city while I wait for the biggest loser instead! I wonder if they're still on 4OD.

I don't blame you with the swimming pool, I do that if I go to aquafit! Never go to my local one and you're in much better shape than I am so you'd be fine I'm sure!

Ohhhh believe me I am not in better shape!! I look horrible in a swim suit! Have found a pool and my options for tomorrow to fit in with my lectures are 7-840am. So... Think I'm gonna try to go for it! It's quite close to uni but doubt many students will be up at that time!

Tuesday might try aquafit- it say it is he deep end one - does that mean its really hard?!

Thanks for your help with the kettlebell Caroline! It arrives on Tuesday - ordered the one you recommended. So I'll start on the lowest and do the six weeks hopefully and then repeat in a higher weight?

I love fat fighters. And the other week where they were using like sexy dancing to exercise and that looked pretty fun!

I'm in two minds about it. It makes me want a personal trainer though! You have one don't you Bostik?

Have set alarm for 7 to go for a swim tomorrow - but will see how I feel when I wake as I have my period and am in pain!!

If I don't manage swimming then I'll do just dance or Zumba or go for a walk.

Thank god I've been good with food today' kept myself busy all evening and haven't even thought about eating!

Tomorrows plan is:

E: swim hopefully or walk/Zumba/JD

B: 3 pancakes (need using) with mushrooms.

L: Moroccan lamb cous cous salad, choc biscuit and a satsuma

D: not sure! Have plenty of options and 750 cals left before exercise.

I'm aiming for 1400 a day now instead of 1650. Think I'll cope with that.

19 weeks until my dads wedding and 20 until my beach festival so that means I can lose 38 lb if I can stick to losing 2 lb a week!

Would take me to roughly 12 stone which I think would look good on me!

So that's my challenge! Be 12.5 stone at the most by dads wedding!!

Yeah, not like them though haha. Have a half hour weekly strength training session with him. To be honest, if I stick with the kettlebells I started tonight, I don't really need him. But I'm gonna stick with it for a while cos I find he really pushes me where if I was doing it myself, I might give up thinking I can't do it. But with him there I try and succeed and it feels great :)

And you can totally make that goal :D

Ohhh you are, I've got 50lbs on you lol

Deep end means you're more under water so it's usually a bit harder but I've done it, it's not that bad really and it's really good!

I might catch up on Fat Fighters on 4OD then, then I'll know what you guys are talking about! ha

I might give aqua aerobics a go then!

Have had my breakfast - 3 pancakes topped with mushrooms! Stuffed.

Got lectures from 12-6 and so tempted not to go and just go for a swim instead but must be sensible!

They give us breaks in the lectures but never know when so I've got some Moroccan lamb bites cous cous an salad that was reduced at Asda to take with me! Will take a choc biscuit and a satsuma too.

I've been drinking loads of diet coke recently - I've always been a fan and wouldn't be surprised if I was addicted. It has been on offer at the moment in cans so I bought a load thinking it would save me money not buying a bottle at work or uni, but I have drunk them all and bought more and drunk them all!

So, going to try to limit myself to one a day, always after 12pm an after I have drunk a litre of water at least!

I find diet coke so good though when I crave something sweet!

Well done!!! I really fancy aqua aerobics, just not confident enough yet. :)

Well I've been naughty today - can't be bothered for my 6 hours of lectures so am still at home and not going in.

Although it is 6 hours of lectures, we learn absolutely nothing in them. I only have 2 hours a week where I actually feel like I learn something, and even those have been cancelled this week!

So, plan for today is go for a walk I think. Was going to swim but it is £3.50 and aqua-aerobics is £4.45 so this my plan is going to be to combine the two so I can pay £4.45 for both - student budget!

So I'm going to go out for a walk.

My kettlebell arrives tomorrow and I have the Kettleworx routine ready to go so am quite excited for it!

Would kettlebell and aqua-aerobics be too much in one day do you think? Myabe in the efforts of saving money I should stick to kettlebells and walking for a while.

Dunno. Try out kettleworx and see how you find it. Then decide if you still wanna do the aerobics maybe?

2lbs is great, well done!

Skiving off uni?! tut tut tut! :p I was tempted to do the same this morning but just for my first lecture, in the end I wished I did as the second lecture was cancelled and the first was pretty pointless really, never learn anything.

I'd see how you do with kettlebells first then decide whether aqua aerobics is too much on top of that.
