i did actually have a nice sleep... didnt wake up once!
although i seem to have a set alarm in my body for some unknown reason and that is bang on 4:50 for the last 4 days ive woken up at that time - looked at clock n though ahhhh another 2 hours ha!

todays another nice day - sun blazin through my window this mornin!

had another good day!
bfast - crumpets, juice, orange
lunch - 2 granary cobs, chicken mayo sandwich filler, crisps, orange, rocky bar
just snackin on a doughnut peach until my pie is cooked! mum home made us a minced beef pie so having it with oven chips and gravy
