Posting early tonight as I'm shattered! Know what's for dinner and it's all prepared :)

Yesterday after WI turned into a 'black hole binge'. I really need to curb this and still stick to plan after WI as otherwise I fear it may start affecting my loss and all the calories have to go somewhere!
Here's hoping I can do a 100% week


Food:
HExA = 40g Reduced Fat Cheddar
HExB = 2 slices wholemeal bread

BREAKFAST:
HExB topped with banana and honey (3 syns)

LUNCH:
Jacket Potato with HExA and Spring Onions
Mullerlight

DINNER:
Cajun spiced chicken with roasted veg (Carrots, Baby Broccoli, Asparagus, Onion, Peppers, Mushrooms, Courgette, Garlic and Ginger)

SNACKS:
Apple
2x Mikado (1 syn)
Freddo (5 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 9 SYNS

EXERCISE = 30 mins Curves workout

Thanks hun. I was so chuffed and to see 11's again will be amazing! Haven't seen that since I was pregnant first time around!

Curves is a women's only gym, you have a circuit that you do that takes 30mins. I joined last week. X

Yes I've heard of them we had one here but it closed down I've had friends who have been and really recommend. X

Melon

LUNCH:
SW chips, Quorn Lime and Chilli burger (1.5 syns) with res onion rings, cucumber and homemade salsa
Strawberries and Mullerlight

DINNER:
Still full from lunch so had a few slices of bread (12 syns)

SNACKS:
Tangerine
2 Mikado (1 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 14.5 SYNS

EXERCISE = 30 min Curves workout

Yeah my Mam has been going for over a year and has lost over 2 stone and 3 dress sizes.

I couldn't really afford it before but my Mam has corporate membership through her business and has added me on to that. Bit expensive to do it otherwise.

I am really enjoying it though and as it's only half hour, it fits in with my lifestyle x
 
Last night turned into a binge :-( - crisps, brownies and I just couldn't leave the bread alone.

So p*ssed off with myself - Before I ate the stuff I knew I shouldn't eat it, and I felt really sick afterwards.
If I don't enjoy it the why do I keep doing it?!

I really wanted a good week this week to get into the 11's so I guess I'm back to restricting my syns throughout the week to try to get a loss.

Ah well...
 
Hi hun - dont stress about it now its done, we have all done it in the past and probably will again. It was 1 day put it behind you and just fill up on superfree and free for a few days. You will be fine hun

Okay. Taking today as a new start and have decided to treat myself every time I hit a half stone award with clothes/massage... Which is what I used to do when I started SW but which has fallen by the wayside a bit. Hoping that may stop my binges.

Scan Bran Cake (1 syn)

TOTAL SYNS = 1 SYN
 
Scan Bran, 3 eggs - whites beaten separately and folded in, Options Hot Choc, Vanilla Extract and Granulated Sweetener.

Very cardboardy lol x
 
Lol - I soak mine for a few mins in boiling water then drain. Mash them and add 2 beaten eggs, options hot choc, sweetener and a curly wurly 12 syns for the whole cake.
