Another great day, I've had a busy day 2. Do you not drink tea or coffee for ya hex a.

Another busy little day. Was going to go to the gym but time has ran away with me.

Okay, this is going to sound random but I've been researching thigh lifts...
Since I've lost weight the skin at the top of my legs looks really crinkly and it's starting to get me down. I can see my weight loss in other areas but my legs still look huge.
I can't see a way of getting rid of it other than surgery and I don't want to get to target, which is a huge achievement only to still be unhappy with the way I look due to loose skin. Time to start saving the pennies or just take it as my fault for getting so big in the first place??

So, today's food:
HExA = Nothing
HExB = 2x wholemeal bread

BREAKFAST
Banana
Mullerlight

LUNCH:
Sandwich made with HExB, tuna, mayo (1 syn), onion and cucumber
Scan Bran Cake (1 syn)

DINNER:
SW Chips, 2 Quorn Sausages (2 syns) 2 Egg and brown sauce (1 syn)

SNACKS:
Fresh garden peas
Scan Bran cake and 10g of Philadelphia Choc (1.5 syn)

TOTAL SYNS = 6.5 SYNS

I'm exactly the same, I do a lot of exercise that focus on legs and there still huge, iv always had big thighs but they are huge at min & I've been at gym for over a year. My tummy a the same. After breasts feeding to kids I'm gonna need a boob job to lol. I've heard it's a lot cheaper to go abroad but that scares me.

I guess we all get it then. Just annoys me that after all our hard work to lose the weight, we just end up with another issue.
Surgery abroad scares me as well, what if something goes wrong? What if they don't speak much English?
But then it is cheaper...
Not that cost is an issue - I can't afford any surgery at the minute! X

Hi hun just reading about your legs - mine are going the same way. Id continue giving the exercise a real go first. I hate it but im going to go swimming it will help the tummy and the legs, and its gentle exercise.

I would never go abroad for surgery, and im now speaking from experience, surgery in this country doesnt always go to plan either. I see it every day in the job I do and there are some horrific stories. I would think long and hard before I considered surgery hun, this is just my personal opinion, I suppose its because of the job I do. x

I guess it's a by product of losing so much weight but I did hope that as I'm young, things would just ping back but nope. Swimming may help though as it's supposed to be excellent for toning.

What job do you do hun if you don't mind me asking?

I'm always wary of surgery as am not very good with anaesthetic but I really do want a figure to be proud of. I suppose it's a case of weighing each of them up against the other.

Will have to keep up with the exercise and try that first though as I can't really afford surgery. X

Yeh it can be hun - the 2 that hit me most are kiddies and cancer ones. I try to switch off when I get home

You have to switch off really and get a bit 'tough' or it would make doing your job really difficult.

We have horrible cases in work, mostly involving children/domestic violence and even though they tell us to toughen up and not to take work home - ie forget about it when you leave the office - it's easier said than done sometimes. X
