I have 12lbs to go to my initial set target hun - just dont know yet if ill stop at that lol im never happy. I know ive lost almost 3st but getting to 11st still makes me sound "heavy" if that makes sense :-(

You'll know when to stop when you feel comfortable in yourself hun. Only you can decide x
 
Yay! I lost 4.5lbs this week talking me back down to 11st 6.5lbs.

Strawberries and Blueberries

Salad - Mixed Leaves, Cucumber, Tomato, Radish, Spring Onions, Beetroot and Jersey Potatoes

SNACKS:
Jubbly (1 syn)
Neo biscuits (like Oreo) (11 syns)

TOTAL SYNS =15 SYNS
 
Woke up this morning and my legs were do painful from yesterday's personal training session. I must be a glutton for punishment as I had another session today! Argh is all I can say!

Today's food:
HExA = Nothing
HExB = 20 Almonds

BREAKFAST:
Fruit Salad - Banana, 2x Funsize Pear, 2x Plum, Orange

LUNCH:
Salad - Mixed Leaves, Cucumber, Tomato, Radish, Spring Onions, Beetroot, Jersey Potatoes and 2 Boiled Eggs

DINNER:
Spiced Jersey Potatoes with 3 Quorn Sausages (3 syns) - random but haven't been shopping :)

I quite surprised with myself, managed to alternate between fast walking and running every 30seconds for 20mins. I've never run in my life!

The toning exercises and squats are far worse than the cardio though! Can feel the burn! X

That's brill I'm a terrible jogger/ runner I hate the treadmill with a passion
