They come in circles with like a line down the middle for you to cut them in half.

Nice and filling for 4syns. I've got one for work tomorrow, need something filling cos going straight to gym afterwards.

She's still up now climbing all over me. Lil madam should've been in bed sleeping 2hrs ago! Lol x

Once you get used to exercise you won't feel the burn for that long.
 
I got the teething and the toddler tantrums at the mo. But kids are never easy! Lol.

Pasty's are fab!!! Yum.

I hope I don't feel the burn for much longer, I haven't even been able to sit on the loo without being in agony! Lol.
Bought running trainers today and some Nike dry-fit joggers to try to make it more comfortable. Looking forward to tomorrow's PT session though :) xx
 
OMG!!! PT session today was boxing - for 45mins! I never realised I can sweat so much. Hd to stop just before the end as I thought I was going to be sick.

Another session tomorrow...

And I had a lightbulb moment - why am I wasting syns on the mini Belgium Bun I had today - which tasted grainy and awful - when I have to work so hard in the gym.
What's the point in working out if I'm going to fill myself with crap.
Surely I should be incorporating syns into my meals and snacking on fruit/veg as opposed to saving syns exclusively for 'treats'.
Occasionally throughout the week I may fancy a sweet treat but I don't have to give myself one daily.
I've found that lately I seem to be looking for things to use my syns on as I'm pretty satisfied with my meals/food throughout the day, then look for the 'treats' in the evenings, this can often lead to me feeling like bingeing.
So...am going to try to incorporate syns into my meals more, keeping a few syns spare for the evenings if I really feel the need for a treat, but only using them if I really need them as opposed to using them for the sake of it.

So, today's food:
HExA = 30g Mature Cheddar
HExB = 20 Almonds

BREAKFAST:
Banana
Mullerlight
Almonds (HExB)

LUNCH:
SW Cheese (HExA) and Onion Pasty made with 1/2 a Warburtons WM Lunch Pitta (4 syns)
Apple
2x Tangerine

DINNER:
Cooked Dinner - 2x Quorn Sausages (2 syns) Jersey Pots, Roasties, Carrot, Broccoli, Cauliflower and Gravy (4 syns)

SNACKS:
Mini Belgium Bun (est. at 5 syns)


TOTAL SYNS = 15 SYNS
 
Your a better woman than me going back for more punishment lol.

Im like you and tend to keep my syns for a night time for snacks etc. Maybe I should re jig my meals and use syns too, Id feel fuller longer and wouldnt need to snack

Hows the little one today and did you get any sleep

I'll try hun. I honestly don't know how people manage working full-time with two kids, it's a juggling act! Lol.

Strangely the gym is helping to get a lil me time x
 
The doc has told me to do some gentle exercise so im gonna start walking with OH and maybe swimming, then I build up to my zumba again
 
After all my good intentions, I've fallen off the wagon today!

Went to the Dr's about my endometriosis and I've been referred back to the specialist. Apparently we now need to start looking at more 'in-depth' treatments as my symptoms are getting worse and not easing.

Couldn't go to the gym today as my PT session clashed with the Dr's alp. Back at it tomorrow.

Thinking that maybe I've set my target (10st) too low. Since I've started the gym I've gained a bit of weight (2lbs). Maybe it's just water retention but am finding the last stone and a half really hard to shift. Thinking of revising it to 10st 7lbs.

So, today is one bad day. Back to the gym tomorrow. New week and I am to shift 2lbs. Back to setting mini-goals. Try not to serial weigh.

Hi hunni - Sorry to hear about your health probs I hope you get sorted soon. Dont put so much pressure on yourself - amend your target and then as you get closer you can decide if you want more off. One day at a time, thats the best way x
