OMG!!! PT session today was boxing - for 45mins! I never realised I can sweat so much. Hd to stop just before the end as I thought I was going to be sick.
Another session tomorrow...
And I had a lightbulb moment - why am I wasting syns on the mini Belgium Bun I had today - which tasted grainy and awful - when I have to work so hard in the gym.
What's the point in working out if I'm going to fill myself with crap.
Surely I should be incorporating syns into my meals and snacking on fruit/veg as opposed to saving syns exclusively for 'treats'.
Occasionally throughout the week I may fancy a sweet treat but I don't have to give myself one daily.
I've found that lately I seem to be looking for things to use my syns on as I'm pretty satisfied with my meals/food throughout the day, then look for the 'treats' in the evenings, this can often lead to me feeling like bingeing.
So...am going to try to incorporate syns into my meals more, keeping a few syns spare for the evenings if I really feel the need for a treat, but only using them if I really need them as opposed to using them for the sake of it.
So, today's food:
HExA = 30g Mature Cheddar
HExB = 20 Almonds
BREAKFAST:
Banana
Mullerlight
Almonds (HExB)
LUNCH:
SW Cheese (HExA) and Onion Pasty made with 1/2 a Warburtons WM Lunch Pitta (4 syns)
Apple
2x Tangerine
DINNER:
Cooked Dinner - 2x Quorn Sausages (2 syns) Jersey Pots, Roasties, Carrot, Broccoli, Cauliflower and Gravy (4 syns)
SNACKS:
Mini Belgium Bun (est. at 5 syns)
